on an interactive basis. Keep-alive programs and servers are NOT PERMITTED.
- Time and prices listed for ISDN services are PER
B-CHANNEL HOUR. (Example: 64K for 1 hour = 1 B Channel Hour; 128K for
2 hours = 2 B Channel Hours)
- DSL/Broadband services are provided in conjunction
with Qwest. Prices listed do not include Megabit line charges for service
provided by Qwest. Speeds listed are the theoretical maximum. A faster
internet connection will NOT make slow servers seem faster.
- Discounted rates are valid only if the service is
maintained for the entire billing period. Cancellations mid-period
will result in re-billing at the higher monthly rate.
- A valid credit card is required to access the internet
via our toll-free access.
- Personal DSL service includes unlimited bandwidth
usage and is meant for a single user or a small home network. Servers
are prohibited. Static IP addresses are not available.
- Not available with InterNEXUS Economy, InterNEXUS
Lite or ANY Personal DSL service.
- Forms of electronic payment are Debit or Credit
Cards and Electronic Debits to your Chcking or Savings Account. E-mail support@nilenet.com for
details. Note that only one $5 will apply per billing period PER customer.
- How disk usage is calculated: Every day, at the same time, we take
a reading of the amount of disk space your website, mailboxes, etc
are using on our server. At the end of the billing period, we calculate
the sum of the recorded disk space and divide that number by the days
in the billing cycle. The resulting number is called Average Daily
Disk Usage (ADDU).
